Avaya

• Partner with account teams across diverse verticals and industries, creating custom telephony and contact center solution value propositions.
• Create engaging product demonstrations for customers, aligning solutions to client needs and business objectives.

•	Presenting customers and SI/SP partners with articulate value propositions for on-premise, hosted, CAPEX and/or OPEX hybrid solutions.
•	Liaison between the internal global stakeholders within Sales, Delivery, Finance and Legal.
•	Negotiating customized global framework agreements and Statements of Work, ensuring product and services are fit for purpose and customer SLA expectations are either met or exceeded.
•	Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual services quotas.

Cloud and Managed Services Architect - Global / Complex Deals - EMEA

•	Coordinated with Avaya channel partners to create financial models converting customers from CAPEX to OPEX and SaaS solutions.
•	Instituted global collaboration initiatives within the managed services division to standardize three disparate sales tracking funnels and led the division wide rollout and training plan of Salesforce.com.
•	Analyzed sales funnel to identify and rectify weak points in the services sales cycle and processes. Used this data to make recommendations on how to reduce delays and enhance the quote-to-cash process.
•	Increased the effectiveness of the sales team by developing and maintaining internal knowledge management sites for pricing and commercials.

Technical Sales Solution Manager

• Implemented a communications strategy in support of a product launch into new markets which resulted in three contracts with global telecommunications service providers, totaling $22M+ revenue over 5 years.
• Composed regular organization-wide communications consistently recognized by executives for quality content.
• Developed sales documentation, tools, presentations, and other customer-facing marketing materials for Avaya’s homepage and internal resource portals supporting global business development managers and channel sales teams.
