I am currently pursuing my doctoral degree in Business Administration - Organizations and Social Change at the UMB College of Management. My current research interests include social entrepreneurship and hybrid organizations, and overall, how organizations respond to social and economic impetus. Previously, I worked as a nonprofit professional and researcher with experience designing and administering original research in social justice issues and psychology.
