My role required the creation of breakthrough ideas that will lead to the forefront of the digital space nationwide.
 My responsibilities include country digital strategy, product development, supervision of all digital sales channels and digital properties like Apps, Portals, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality and Futuristic products on a nationwide scale for all company products like Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite, 5 alive, Schweppes, etc., to drive sales, customer engagement and satisfaction.  
•	Implemented the digital and e-commerce startup strategy for the business.
•	Lead Digital initiatives to drive both customer service and consumer engagement.
•	Discovered, Explored and managed digital partnerships with Ecommerce companies and other partners.
•	Accountable for delivery of revenue and growth targets through the online channel.
•	Worked with BSS (IT) to facilitate BSS reach to deliver capability able to use digital methods and secure readiness for the future way to work.
•	Lead pilots on new channel development (i.e. Food Service)
