I conduct periodic follow-up with stakeholders to determine the buy in and the levels of implementations and make further recommendations if required. 

I facilitate the creation and curation of existing reports or documentation and train or mentor teams in data analysis and data handling.

I coordinate collaboration between stakeholders and development team to ensure that each KPI is met at every sprint circle. This ensures that we can reduce project turnover time from months to a few weeks.

In my current role, I am responsible for introducing students from diverse academic backgrounds to the concepts and capabilities of data analytics tools. My objective is to enable them to realize the potential of transforming raw data into valuable business insights and to develop practical data models that support decision-making and strategic planning across various domains.
