Was aligned to Cisco distribution partners and served as a technical pre-sales professional across the Cisco product portfolio (Enterprise Networking (including routing, switching, Meraki, mobility,SDA, SD-WAN), Security, Collaboration, Data Centre). My role was to provide a cross-architectural perspective including speeding up adoption for software, services, and DevOps practices.

-Strategically identifying and driving partner opportunities with distribution through technical enablement activities such as technical webinars, CXC (customer experience centre) events, design thinking workshops, architecture workshops, Proof of Value's (POV), and roadmap updates, to ensure partner's short term technology decisions align with long-term goals. 
-Technical advocate engaging with sales (account managers and business development managers), engineering, product management, and business unit to ensure our mutual success 
-Use my customer intimacy skills to influence key stakeholders in technical teams and drive technical solutions discussions and long term technology strategy 
-Develop technical champions in partners by demonstrating strong understanding of networking and security architectures and engaging in technical discussions with architects of partners.

Undertook a lab administrator role for Cisco CX Labs in EMEAR (Reading, UK) supporting various customer test beds while adhering to SLAs (service level agreements):

-Racking, stacking, and tearing down testbeds 
-Base configuration (IOS/NX-OS) for new test beds
-Inventory tracking using eITMS (devices, modules, hardware, tools and their location in the lab)
-Troubleshooting layer 1 and layer 2 connectivity 
-Traffic generation (Spirent, Ixia, Pagaent) 
-Installing / Upgrading software across a variety of Cisco hardware platforms.
-Cabling network topologies for SVS engineers

-Old top of racks were not standardised so in terms of config, software, and platform. 
-EoR have low bandwidth, takes time.

New lab upgrade:
-First CX Lab to use ACI for infrastructure

-Real-Time Visibility and Application Health Score.
-One config for every row.
