ATL Tech

- Delivered requirement management and prototyping of the large-scale GovTech project  (https://mia.gov.az/en//) in a development team of 9 and spearheaded cross-functional teams' collaboration among UX/UI, DevOps, and development teams that resulted in a dramatic increase in release numbers

- Built long-term roadmap and conducted the market research & competitor analysis for the company's flagship, cloud-based SaaS call center product (https://instacall.az/ ) which is being used in SME businesses that process ~10k calls daily. 
- Built a landing page of an AI product (speech-to-text, text-to-speech) from scratch, worked with a UI/UX team for a detailed design, and collaborated with the marketing team to generate a target-oriented text for the landing page
- Managed backlogs in Jira to plan Sprints and discuss with Scrum Master and Tech Lead

- Got familiar with all the product of the company, understand their vision, mission and roadmaps

I am Aysel and I have 2+ experience in Agile Product Management in various industries like GovTech, MedTech, call center, etc with cross functional team. I have been part of 5 products so far which I have performed different roles ( such as Product Owner/ Business Analyst, Product Manager, Product tester) which made me have solid knowledge different sides of Software Development Life Cycle.

I am passionate about listening people and discovering their business needs. According to their needs, I can develop the solution and lead cross functional team to deliver the solution to the customers in agile way and good time manner. 

Outside of work, I love to learn new languages ( right now mainly Polish)  and read books for my personal development. I love all kinds of sports and I am a fan of badminton and fitness.
