I am a PGDM graduate in HR from GIM. My experience of three years in total rewards can be summed up in three words - enriching, empowering and exciting. Total rewards is not just a buzzword but an important anchor of EVP (Employer Value Proposition) which leads to better talent being hired. My work at Mercer entailed Total Rewards Consulting for global capability centers by building recommendations that help my clients achieve their talent goals. At Godrej and Boyce, I spearheaded the automation of a system for off role associate data. With this, I also managed compensation related activities for off-role associates along with ad hoc analysis such as cost of living elements and attrition analysis. At Novartis, I am working on Recognition, a Total Rewards anchor that results in highly motivated employees. My role involves analysing employee recognition patterns to drive an appreciation based culture and vendor management (as recognition at Novartis is through a platform that is simple to use and quick to recognise). Aside from work, I like making delicious food for my family and exploring and experiencing different cuisines😊
