Having built a strong foundation of leadership experience in blue-chip organisations - being fortunate enough to be selected for the very competitive BT Graduate Programme and then developing this further on the AT&T Leader Development Programme – I then moved into SME and start-up organisations, bringing new and disruptive products and services to market, including taking iPass from loss-making to profitable in my region. This more entrepreneurial experience is rounded out by a track record of creating new business divisions (including fund-raising), developing and launching new services and the successful M&A of a number of competitor businesses.
