Which ever industry I find myself in, I always want to help improve project outcomes and raise ethical standards. I achieved a Bsc Psychology degree at University of Salford. This helped me to understand others, it also improved my emotional intelligence and made me proficient in qualitiative/quantitative research. My career experiences have improved my skills in: conflict resolution, empathising and analysing user needs/pain points and building key stakeholder relationships. I often found myself eager to represent the client's point of view in meetings with stakeholders so that the business can respond more proactively to user feedback. I have completed a diploma in User Experience Design by the UX Design Institute (sponsored by Glasgow Caledonian University). Given all my past experiences, I am motivated to work for an organisation which values stewardship and the client’s perspectives.
