A startup ecosystem leader, actively engaged in strengthening Pakistan’s entrepreneurial landscape by working with incubators, accelerators, government bodies, universities, corporations, and the business community. Focused on innovation, investment, and startup growth, I have played a key role in bridging gaps between startups, investors, policymakers, and academia to drive sustainable economic development. With deep expertise in startup incubation and ecosystem development, I have worked directly with 300+ startups, helping them secure over 8 billion rupees in investments, generate 8 billion+ rupees in revenue, and create 1 million+ jobs. I have reviewed 5,000+ pitch decks and mentored 1,000+ founders, guiding them in fundraising, scaling, and business strategy. Currently, serving as Project Director at the National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi, I lead one of Pakistan’s top startup accelerators, driving innovation, high-growth entrepreneurship, and industry-academia collaborations. Previously, as the Founding Project Director of the National Incubation Center Hyderabad, I helped establish a thriving innovation ecosystem, supporting startups and unlocking regional economic opportunities. Previously, I was Manager and Head of the Technology Park & Technology Incubation Center at ICCBS, where I launched Pakistan’s first science-based incubator, fostering deep-tech startups, research commercialization, and industry-academia partnerships. Beyond incubation, I have championed initiatives that empower women in technology, drive civic innovation, and promote inclusive entrepreneurship. As Project Manager of "Built By Her 1" and "Built By Her 2", I co-organized Pakistan’s largest female-centric hackathon, supporting women entrepreneurs and technologists. Additionally, as Project Coordinator of Karachi Citizen Lab, I worked with social entrepreneurs aiming to make Karachi a smart, resilient city. I also contributed to Pakistan’s largest birth-spacing hackathon, "Make Space" and "Make Space 2.0", developing data-driven solutions for maternal health. Recognized as one of Pakistan’s top startup ecosystem professionals, I remain committed to driving innovation, scaling startups, and advocating policies that foster entrepreneurship.
