My primary target is to enhance the Business through Technology Implementation using Architectured System Development. However, it's hard NOT to wear many hats in my line of work. While my JD says I am a Business Analyst, I have found that it is necessary to take on multiple roles, i.e. being the System Architect, SCRUM Master, Data Scientist, Business Workflow Champion, Facilitator and Project Documenter, among other things. I rely on my knowledge and experience as a Digital/IT Consultant to carry out the related tasks at hand. My previous work specializes in ICT Strategic Planning or Information Systems Planning (ISP) with extensive project experience since 2006. I also lead design and development of surveys/questionnaires to assess capability, the subsequent data processing and write-up for multiple National-Level impact studies since 2008.
