Training Consultant

Development and facilitation of new hire training for the Lightspeed's product suite: Retail, OnSite Restaurant and eCommerce. I have a high energy approach to training, but am able to cater my delivery to my disparate audiences. I am a product cheerleader and the first face of Lightspeed for new hires.

The creation and delivery of ongoing sales training for all sales roles has become my top focus. Through a customer centric approach, we tackle how best to sell Lightspeed’s growing offerings to SMB. Mock calls, mock demos and hands-on activities focusing on landing and expanding our customers help us achieve a sales strategy that puts our them first. 

My particular style consists of an energetic mix of face-to-face presentations, group exercises in iBooks, demo exploration as well as modular quizzes via a Learning Management System.
