Develop strategic targets for penetration of key banking products and services into Business Banking. Identify cross sell and new acquisition opportunities for business deposits, treasury and lending portfolio growth. Offer solution based advice and guidance to prospects and existing clients based on their payment cycle trends and other growth opportunities. Developing various Small Business training programs for Retail employees through working with bank partners to assist  branch network delivery and increase in sales production. Mentor other bank employees in business lending skills development and overall understanding of various banking products. Increased deposit and lending portfolios through working with high value clients and prospects focusing in desired industries segment.

Retail Banking Small Business Market Manager West TN

Review of new and renewal of existing credit facilities primarily focusing on commercial loans, lines of credit and letters of credit. Documenting credit decisions within established credit guidelines, policy and turnaround times. Recording credit decisions with particular details given to explanations of credit overrides or variances. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Client Specialists and Retail employees company wide, communicating effectively credit decisions and monitoring potential delinquent credits.

Commercial Credit  Analyst

Focus on increase in lending and credit asset quality, deposit and wealth management products and exceptional customer service. Clients consist primarily of professionals in the medical, legal, and financial services fields, executive managers, and small business companies with sales up to 5MM.

Community Business Banking Relationship Manager

I enjoy working with business owners and learning about their companies. We work together to reach targeted goals. I help them with finding adequate financing and cash management solutions in order to improve their cash flow and increase profitability. I am passionate about utilizing  my banking skills to improve financial literacy in my community.
