People and planet first. My process combines compassion, design and storytelling. It enables me to understand the complex relationship of parts and their connection within the larger system. Over my career I've helped some of Australia’s most recognised and trusted brands to design experiences for commercial products and services that support massive communities. On the smaller scale and faster paced side, I co-founded a VC backed start-up (Seneca) and have bootstrapped others. I've also helped early-stage companies with product and Human Centred Design (HCD) across AI, Education, Public Health, BioTech, Sports and Nutrition spaces. This also opened the door to teaching Human Centred Design and Design Thinking to teams internationally and locally, as an immense privilege. These experiences across the gamut of design, product and leadership has taught me to see the world through different lenses. To appreciate that everyone has a story, if you just pay attention. As my career evolved, the more I understood the needs and motivations of people, the more I wanted to hear their story. Paper Fox Radio (podcast) is a collection of stories of those who are navigating their path and shining a light for others. Paper Fox Radio, is also the name of my Human Centred Design consultancy. We partner with others who are on a similar mission - to make a positive impact and move people forward.
