Graduate Research Assistant

1) Handled Capability Department at Greater Noida Supply Chain Centre. I am involved in developing learning modules from scratch in all the verticals of the supply chain from Production to Logistics. 
2) Developed an application using power Apps for the replacement of Dough log book in the production section as a part of the Supply chain transformation team.

Senior Executive

1)Worked on calculation of safety stock for 3 -series items using Normal distribution method where there is an uncertainty in both lead time and demand. Forecasted the demand for 3-series items using Exponential Smoothing, Weighted Moving Average Method etc. 
2)Inducted in various departments of Supply chain like Warehouse Management, Production, Transportation, Planning and Quality to understand their functioning and have an overall exposure of plant working.
3)Completed understanding Safety rules of an industry. Learnt Safety, Health and Environmental policies along with the legal documents to be submitted anually to respective Pollution control boards that includes Form -2, Form -3 etc. 
4)Reported Monthly Unsafe Act and Unsafe Conditions in Sparrow Software and created reports based on closure of the UA/UC's.
5) Created an Advanced Shipment Notification for Vendors as a part of the Planning & Procurement Team to get details before during the dispatch of the material.
6) As a part of the Daily activity created Overall Gross working hours and Net Working hours compliance report as a part of the Supply Chain Transformation team.
7) Created Weekly uptime report as a part of the Energy Management System project in Supply Chain Transformation where Energy monitoring devices are directly linked to Zenatix Dashboard to improve the efficiency of the meters and analyze the power consumption area wise for the entire plant.

Graduate Engineer Trainee - Supply Chain Executive 

National Institute of Technology Warangal

Title : Process Fault Detection using Long Short Term Memory Recurrent Neural Networks 

Worked with the Real time fault data of Tennessee Eastman Process using LSTM Recurrent Neural Networks, XG Boost and Random Forest algorithms and calculated the accuracy, precision and recall by plotting the confusion matrix and further calculate the average fault detection rate.

Undergraduate Student Researcher

Indian Institute of Science (IISc)

1) Studied the effect of weak inertia on the chaotic dynamics of periodically forced neutrally buoyant spheroids in simple shear flow. 
2) Obtained the critical Reynolds number to know the transition of system from chaos to regular behavior and
3) Formulated the non-linear coupled higher order differential equations and solved them using MATLAB and R.
4)Analyzed the effect of chaos and sensitivity of aspect ratio on small Reynolds number by calculating Lyapunov Exponent.

Undergraduate Research Assistant

Indian Institute of Technology, Tirupati

Title : Data Analysis of Tennessee Eastman Process. 
Analyzed the Fault Data of Tennessee Eastman Process using Exploratory Data Analysis in python and analysed the output and input along with the reaction conversion. 
2) Created a Simple Linear Regression Model to predict the reaction parameters based on the analysis and observed an accuracy of 75%.

Undergraduate Researcher

Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad

Worked on Linear and Non linear stability analysis of Hydrodynamic flows under the supervision of Dr. PA Lakshmi Narayana.

Analyzed a system of higher-order coupled nonlinear differential equations modeled in MATLAB to identify
regions of stability and conditions of marginal stability.
◦ Determined the stability of a Maxwell fluid in a shallow horizontal layer of a porous media with horizontal
temperature gradients by determining the Eigenvalues.

1) Worked on Nature Inspired optimization algorithms to find an optimal solution of  higher order non linear functions.  
2) Worked on  Emotional recognition using neural networks and detected angry and sad emotions captured by Raspberry pi module camera using OpenCV.

A Chemical Engineering Graduated student from National Institute Of Technology, Warangal with more interest in supply chain management and business analytics. My interests are in the areas of Analytics in Supply chain Management, and various business areas.
