. Overseeing the implementation and daily operations of the driver loyalty program.
. Coordinating the rollout of new loyalty initiatives and campaigns.
. Ensuring the program aligns with company goals and delivers value to our high-performing drivers.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
. Analyzing program performance data and deriving actionable insights.
. Generating regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
. Working closely with the Loyalty Manager to refine and optimize the program based on data-driven insights.

 Stakeholder Collaboration:
. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of the loyalty strategy.
. Maintaining regular communication with the Product team to integrate feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure that product features align with the needs of the loyalty program.
. Liaising with external partners/vendors to enhance the loyalty program offerings.

Program Evaluation & Optimization:
. Developing and executing A/B tests and other methodologies to evaluate the impact of loyalty initiatives.


CRM & Communication:
. Supporting the CRM team in optimizing communication strategies for the loyalty program.
. Ensuring timely and effective communication with drivers regarding their loyalty status, rewards, and program updates.
