Who am I? A speaker? I mean, I have given a talk to hundreds of business owners. Really though, I'm a person who actually loves people. Who understand people are at the core of every interaction. Understanding that keeps me curious, keeps me grounded, and gives me success. Sales-people get a bad rep as cold vultures, I want to help change that narrative. What do I do? I started as a BDR halfway through 2023. I could say I have hit quota every quarter or every month, but the truth is I haven't (that being said I did break quota in my first quarter) - hol' up need to gloat a little: - Hit over 100% of my Quota in my first quarter as the founding outbound BDR at Relay. - Directly involved in building out the Channel Partner, and Direct Acquisition outbound motion. - Part of team that led Relay's first ever in-field sales test in Austin, Texas. - Hit 125% of quota for a client-partner and expanded them into a brand new vertical (within my first quarter at the company) - Have generated over $1.5M in qualified-pipeline Regardless, what I have done and continue to do is take every opportunity to learn and improve my craft, allowing me to put my best foot forward day-in and day-out. I'm a person with very high ambitions, and a drive to succeed. I have a vision of the life I want. I ain't stopping till I get it (and probably not stopping then either).
