2026 feels like a new start after a fast xx growth in Q4 2025👇

From the outside, building a startup can look like momentum, logos, stages, and big announcements.
From the inside?
1/ It’s doubt.
2/ Sleepless nights before feature launches.
3/ Replaying decisions at 2 am.
4/ Shipping anyway.
As a product person, this is the part I think about most.
We started Asendia AI from zero. No brand. No shortcuts. Just a clear belief that staffing agencies deserved real AI, not buzzwords, not demos that break in production.

Fast forward to today:
- We sponsor the biggest staffing events
- We compete with (and win against) companies much bigger than us
- We’re trusted and respected by industry leaders

And that last point matters the most.
People don’t buy products.
People trust people.
That’s sales 101.

If there’s one thing I’m extremely proud of, it’s this:
Industry leaders trust us, the founders of Asendia AI, because they know they’re working with people who understand their business deeply, who ship, and who take responsibility.
Not vibe coders.
Not word sellers.
Builders.

In Q4 alone, we grew our ARR 5x.
And honestly, that’s just the beginning.
Seeing Rihab L. take the stage at SIA events, Slush, and beyond is a reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much further we’re going.
