Reporting directly to Founder/President, I led cross-functionally across the business’ sales, marketing, customer success, support, operations, and product teams. 

Leader of EHR/RCM product development; I have a deep understanding of practice management technology and the operational processes happening during every step of the revenue cycle. Products I was responsible for included payment processors, ledgers, 835 integrations, 837P transactions, 270/eligibility checking, invoicing, Superbill generation, patient payment portals, scheduling, dashboards/reporting. I was responsible for user interviews, scoping and feature alignment documentation, wireframe creation, staging testing cycles, carrying out beta group testing, collecting feedback and of course, iteration.

Vice President

I joined the team late 2021 (still less than 10 of us!) and we launched Ambiki officially in January 2022. As the Founding sales and marketing lead at Ambiki, I created our go-to-market strategies for our EHR/RCM, teletherapy platform, and Therapy Tools. I owned and led all sales process and operations, as well as both our sales and marketing funnels (including paid channels, SEO, keyword research, Google/FB/LI, email automation campaigns, in person conferences, corporate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and more). 

I provided exceptional customer service through our first iterations of the sales cycle to build a strong word-of-mouth referral engine to support our paid channels, bringing in (and personally delivering myself) over 125 inbound demos in eight months with EMR product. Closed enough in sales to secure another round of funding ($5M+) and grew the team. 

I then led the interviewing, hiring, training, and growth of the sales and marketing teams. I created brand standardization assets including style guides, templates, frameworks, SOPs, internal language and definitions, and supported and educated internal teams in brand, messaging, values, ICP, and product iterations.

Product Marketing and Enterprise Sales Lead

I was responsible for all sales activity within Brooklyn, Staten Island, and lower Manhattan, and managed 20+ sales representatives. I visited key accounts daily and worked hands on out in field with sales reps and regional managers to build relationships and support sales team on a weekly basis (3-4 days per week). Despite the post pandemic climate in NYC, I grew my territories by at least double month over month consistently by focusing on growing my key accounts. 

On a personal note, working for a B-Corp company such as Brew Dr. was truly an amazing experience. As part of our community-based efforts, we frequently donated our time at various soup kitchens and food banks around NYC.

Part of original east coast startup team created to launch northeast market. I managed pre-planning, logistic coordination, and onsite execution of large-scale events, such as festivals, expos, and conferences. I also forged strategic partnerships and executed intimate corporate events with partners such as JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, PWC, One World Trade, NYU and more. Prior to the FM team being dissolved due to the pandemic, I had hired, trained, and directly managed team of 10+ marketing teammates.

-Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, was the highest billing clinician in the NY area of SLP, OT, PT by managing the largest caseload 
-Provided outpatient house call visits throughout NYC to adult patients with various complex medical conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, CVA, TBI
-Utilized Raintree’s proprietary platform for documentation and billing 
-Discussed and verified insurance and coverage information with home office and patient’s families 
-Remained up to date with current Medicare Part B documentation including MIPS, ICD changes
-Worked with consultants from TobiiDynavox and other AAC companies to evaluate and complete documentation for insurance approval of communication devices

-Evaluated and treated new admissions, short term rehabilitation, and long term residents including tracheostomy and ventilator patients for deficits in swallowing, speech, language, voice, and cognition
-Collaborated with team of PT/OT, MD, Social Work, Nursing, Administration, and Dietary during daily meetings, care plan meetings, Utilization Review meetings, and comfort care to optimize patient care
-Utilized Sigmacare and Visual EMR and billing platforms (HMO, Medicare, Medicaid billing)

Lead Medical Speech Language Pathologist

I've spent the last ten years of my career in a variety of settings - from treating patients on COVID units in NYC, to starting my marketing career in CPG, to developing and selling EHR/RCM software products, to mastering the art of go to market sales and marketing in healthcare. 

I feel strongly about the fact that healthcare still uses fax machines while other industries use sophisticated tech (ie. Black Rock’s Aladdin). Personally, I believe healthcare significantly lags behind the rest of the business world, and I'm trying to help change that. 

In my free time, you can find me cheering on Liverpool, Barcelona, and McLaren, DJing melodic house music, or zipping around in my 6 speed that I play NYC street cleaning shuffle with.
