Actively managed Perfect Day's B2B operations and relationships with strategic contract manufacturers to deliver supply assurance and new product development for all our product markets.

- Developed, presented, and managed operations strategies and budgets with executive leadership.

- Leveraged and negotiated a key Contract Manufacturer with FSMA compliance to deliver savings on small-volume sample kits with unprecedented lead-time and cost savings.

- Created and maintained multiple linked databases to include all Contract Manufacturers’ information and progress to track every aspect of our relationships from initial contact to full commercialization to increase transparency to the organization (including contracts, negotiations, QA audits, metrics, and scorecards).

- Led semi-weekly S&OE calls, using an at-a-glance dashboard with the cross-functional team to address and solve all immediate obstacles for 0-3 month demand.

- Created standard works, in collaboration with the cross-functional team for Contract Manufacturers to use as a resource to guide them through onboarding to all aspects of the developing relationship.

- Developed a functional commercial database to track the progress of all Perfect Day products from trial to commercialization.

Operations Manager (Contract Manufacturing)

Glanbia Nutritionals

Oversee Glanbia's network of toll Contract Manufacturers, managing each relationship to ensure supply assurance and new product development for several business units, for an annual volume of 13M lbs and spend of more than $7M

- Regularly engage with R&D, Commercialization, and Product Managers to launch new products using new and existing Contract Manufacturers' capabilities

- Created a Scorecard and Rewards System to track and report metrics to our vendors, giving them visibility to their performance against our KPI's and their competition during each of their Quarterly Business Reviews

- Negotiate high-value claims while maintaining relationships with key vendors

- Developed a standard for claim negotiation with a proven track record, keeping engaged with key stakeholders to the vendor relationship 

- Leading a team of direct report and cross-functional team members from several departments (QA, Product Managers, R&D, Commercialization, and Planning)

- Collaborate with several business units, serving as a key role in the business strategy to keep flexibility, continuity, and maintain supply assurance

- Engage with our Legal, Purchasing, and Quality teams, while negotiating terms of key contract agreements

- Successfully transitioned an active database from Microsoft Access to Microsoft Sharepoint with 7 years of data, while keeping connections with current reports

- Implemented apps using the existing database for better visibility to vendor information, metrics, and history

- Leverage contacts with USDA to support vendors to become EU, CNCA, and Chile export registered

- Engage with R&D and Product Managers to search and onboard new contract manufacturers to support new product development

- Support Global Contract Manufacturing as the standard, sharing best practices (Center of Excellence)

- Presented newly developed Sharepoint Apps, Dashboards, and Scorecard Reports to leadership of other business units as the gold standard.

Contract Manufacturing Manager

-	Manage relationships with contracted freight forwarders in order to deliver up to $990K worth of product per month with customers and suppliers in 24 different countries

-	Opened India for new exports with two customers and helped facilitate successfully the smooth transition through customs using the appropriate Incoterms

-	Manage cross functional teams to optimize order allocation and on-time delivery 

-	Constantly keep up with USDEC requirements, scientific journals, and legal documents to ensure 100% compliance with foreign customs requirements

-	Register company products on Brazil’s online system in Portuguese with product process descriptions and technical specs

-	Worked closely with USDA representatives to resolve issues with other countries’ customs officials and clear goods quickly and avoid detention and demurrage costs

-	Obtain import permits, sanitary, health, origin, freesale, and phytosanitary certificates from the USDA in several states 

-	Measure and track freight forwarders’ KPI’s established in yearly contracts reviewed quarterly

Import Export Specialist

- Implemented SAP scanning system into a newly acquired warehouse for increased inventory visibility

- Used Visio to create charts and diagrams to effectively communicate newly developed systems and processes to leadership

- Developed a daily review board to track the progress of warehouse staff’s progress of key performance indicators

- Trained 4 crews on the use of scanners with 10 different SAP procedures

- Created standard work for SAP scanning to sustain the proper use of scanners new to the warehouse
