Began working here on and off through college. In fall of 2016, I took over operations of the company as it was falling apart. I had no employees and no standard procedures to work with. In 2017, I grew the company from 1 employee (me) to 10, increased sales of the previous year by more than 200% to 850K for that season, and greatly improved the quality of work that the company was known for.
