IT Service Management
-	I serve as the point of Contact (POC) for Nigeria Missions IT Department ServiceNow Ticketing System, Daily I trigger new tickets, assign them out, follow up on existing tickets and close completed tickets. Install, updates and maintain all ICT Equipment.
-	I serve as point of contact (POC) For Mission IPHONES, IPADS, LAPTOPS and MACBOOKS initial configurations, ensuring that all Mission IPHONES, IPADS, LAPTOPS and MACBOOKS are updated to the Latest approved Mission Central Information Office (M/CIO) approved Operating System (IOS).
-	I am responsible for assisting users with AIDNET Password resets and the setup and maintenance of Active Directory (AD), Google groups, and Email Distribution Lists.
-	I work with the printer servicing contractor to ensure printers are always updated and functional. 
IT Inventory and Storage.
-	I serve as POC for IT Asset inventory and Update, Maintain the Mission IT inventory database in ServiceNow, add all new assets Updates existing assets, removes and or transfers assets that are no longer with the Mission as applicable.
-	I am responsible for Tagging all Mission IT Assets with the approved USAID Asset Tags.
-      I Maintain and ensure weekly backup of Server.
-	I work with the Mission Central Information Office(M/CIO) on all Mission IT Equipment, assets tracking and audits for Mission Director's Residence/Disaster Recovery site, USAID Guest House and warehouse.
Administrative Management.
-	For New Staff I Ensure all required forms are completed, transfers staff accounts to the Mission by submitting a transfer request to Central Information Office (CIO) in ServiceNow and Provides new staff with all required IT Equipment and completes office setup- laptops, phone, docking stations, PIV-A Cards etc. I Ensure that all departing staff account are transferred to new Mission/Washington DC and Submit an offboarding request to Central Information Office (CIO) in ServiceNow

Information Management Assistant

International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC

•	Install, updates and maintain all ICT and Telecom setup.
•	Assist in verification of proper server backup Support user in backing up and restoring their data as well as virus detection, removal and prevention.
•	Ensures that global/country-level policies procedures and standard set by GVA and ABJ in relation to use of ICT equipment are implemented and followed.
•	Briefs advices and trains end-users on the ICRCs ICT systems.
•	Installs, programs, adapts and maintains all professional ICRC Informatics equipment (computers, servers, routers ,switches, printers, peripherals, internal networks, power systems, cabling, modem, connexions and internet facilities) respecting internal standards.
•	Installs, programs, adapts and maintains all professional ICRC Telecom/Radio equipment (HF, VHF, UHF, modems, antennas, cabling, power systems, inverters, batteries and repeaters) respecting internal standards and procedures.
•	Installs, programs, adapts and maintains all professional ICRC Telephone equipment including PABX (Sat phones, faxes, switchboards, wireless units, telephone sets, GSM gateways) respecting internal standards and procedures.
•	Ensures ICT inventory is updated regularly and maintains adequate stocks levels IBM Lotus note
•	Timely response to helpdesk requests from callers and walk-ins, providing remote assist 
•	Follows-up proactively the latest ICT and telecommunication develop.
•	Ensures all ICT support requests are accurately logged in the VSM portal and resolution is done according to the agreed Service Level Agreement and escalates unresolved problems to L3 service desk. Repairs or organizes repairs of all broken ICRC Informatics.
•	Assists users in software installation ensures proper software distribution, updates, and scripts installation.
•	Monitoring performance and managing Fortinet Switch, FortiAPs,FortiGateway on SD-WAN (WAN Evolution).
•	Managing and ensure all ICRC ICT Infrastructure in Jos , Kano ,Damaturu and Makurdi are functioning properly.
