Sales Support Specialist - Project management 

Prolec GE India (Indo Tech Transformers Ltd.)

•Contract Review & Management - Review of contract receipt from sales and understanding contract requirements, envisaging all risks in the project and notifying ambiguities in contract terms. 
•Initiation & Detailing - Preparation of project wise master document list, Detailed project planning for release of drawings/specifications, purchase orders, dispatch and erection & commissioning, Executive Strategy, Project Organization Chart
•Interface - Front-end and back-end communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, management, business associates, service providers etc.) to execute project to the satisfaction.
•Monitoring & Control - Project review meetings with stakeholders to review site progress, financial healthiness, milestones achieved and address bottlenecks, Follow-up on Material shipment, material receipt at site and acknowledgment from sites for submission of Milestone billings (if any). 
•Site Management -  Arrangements for site facilities. Ensure on-time deputation of Erection &      Commissioning team. Addressing any exigencies arising at project site during E&C. 
•Reporting - Overall project progress, projections and escalations.
•Project Closure - Project closure after handing over certificates, accounts reconciliation and fulfilment of warranty obligations
