It was close to failure.

The first time I came across a challenge, when a team member didn't understand our project, causing a big delay. 

It made me feel really down.

My friends didn't like the new rules, and it seemed like we couldn't move forward.

 I knew I had to make them trust me again.

They didn't want to start things on their own, so I cheered them on.

When we fought, it felt like we couldn't work together at all.

And when we all felt really tired and didn't want to work, I felt like I wasn't a good leader. 

But I didn't give up.

I made sure that :

🗝 Everyone understood each other.
🗝Worked hard to make my team trust each other again.
🗝Found ways to make my team want to work, even when it was hard.
🗝Faced our problems and found ways to fix them.
🗝My team knew I cared about them and wanted them to be happy.

I might have failed, but learned from my mistakes.

Small challenges make a big difference.

I learnt this in my teenage, when I had to select the dish from the menu card in the restaurant !

I never take risk in trying different food.

We might end up wasting them if the taste is not good.

But it was then, my Dad told me that without risk our life would just be Tales without Morals.

Wasted or Used, you should always take the risk in trying new things.

You can take risk by doing small tasks which allows you to handle anything by yourself.

Lead a discussion or take up sessions that develops your skills, confidence, and the ability to guide and inspire others.

Take the initiative to encourage individuals to identify and lead.
