- Set up and grew the Product vertical for Operations. Grew the team from 1 to 8 Product Managers. Kickstarted the Engineering and analytics org for the vertical.
- Built the best-in-class operations platform that can manage 100s of different processes on the ground in parallel, at scale. Bounce manages 36 different types of process flows and 100s of SOPs in parallel via the platform
- Setup Product Management processes in the team including Product writing, goals, principles, reviews and sprints
- Setup the quarterly plans and goals for the supply product org working with leadership - executing impact focused roadmap, OKR processes.
- Reduced the cost of operations by 3X via the product launches. The Product solutions for operations brought significant cost reduction and got Bounce close to profitability.
- Managed the product for the Bounce Hyderabad launch. The new city has the highest recorded up time for similar businesses across the world with an active % of 92 consistently.

PaySense provides unsecured lending direct to Indian consumers including the New To Credit segment. With heavy focus on Product, Engineering, and Data, PaySense is re-writing the rules on how a user is served credit in India. PaySense exited to PayU India.

- Managed the payments system integration with the NBFCs for payments and reconciliation
- Responsible for hiring and managing Product Managers and Engineers in the team
