For Balraj, motivating, training and Coaching is not a profession but Passion with Purpose. A purpose to help people unleash their true and unrealised potential. He motivates, trains and coaches keeping this purpose in mind. 

His training is facilitative, collaborative and interactive. He trains on the principle that collective wisdom is better than individual wisdom. He emphasises the point that along with the participants, the trainer would also learn from the training. He is a facilitator and participants are encouraged to share their experiences, to talk, discuss, comment and ask. 

A key point that is harped upon is pre-requisite of being a good human being before being a good professional along with holistic approach to life i.e. one has to have complete harmony – physically, mentally and emotionally in life. Only then, one can have a balanced life and would be able to perform effectively and efficiently at work leading to fulfilment of organisational objectives. 

He has more than a two decades of cross functional experience in diverse industries and 12 years of motivating, training and coaching experience. 

He has also been an entrepreneur and educator. Passionate, energetic and a self-motivated professional is what best describes Balraj’s personality. A lively and zestful management graduate whose competence in motivating, soft skills, behavioural skills and coaching is par excellence.

At the end of every dinner, Indra Nooyi’s mother had a ritual.

She’d look at her daughters and say,

“If you were President of India, what would you do?”

The next day — “If you were Prime Minister?”

 Another day — “If you were Chief Minister?”

And by the end of the meal, she would decide whose speech was best — and proudly announce who got her vote that night.

It wasn’t about food.

It was about fuel — for imagination, belief, and leadership.

Indira recalls,

“She would give us a blank sheet of paper and say — sign your name, and write ‘President’ beside it. Because one day, you can be that. Why not?”

Her mother couldn’t live her own dreams.

But she made sure her daughters never forgot to dream — and believe they could become anything.

Her mother didn’t ask, “What will you become?” She asked, “If you were President, what would you do?”

Leadership begins when we replace doubt with belief — in ourselves and others.

The “blank paper” with “President” written on it wasn’t a game. It was a blueprint of confidence and self-worth.

Leaders help others visualize their future before they see it themselves.
