I'm a straight talking, no BS type of a person who believes that mutual respect and understanding is at the core of doing good business. As a techie, our key objective is to translate tech into Value and Benefit for you business; not talk in marketing speak. And now for the usual personal stuff that makes me, well Bal! I lead Freedom Hotspot, an innovative WiFi Provider as Business Development Director. I love tech and I love my job! My job is to help businesses and other organisations to use the power of connecting people and devices to realise efficiencies helping them to be more competitive and agile in their roles. On a human to human level, with the current pandemic behind us, I have a sincere belief of mutual respect and conduct that surpasses the perceived role of 'salesperson'. My core purpose is to put technology that delivers value in multiple ways of any business. I am very much a people person and believe technology is a very much a need in the world we live in. However, I believe that technology should benefit and empower people to do more, be more productive, have more fun and of course help others to do the same! I enjoy meeting new people and understanding their needs from their perspective and discovering ways to assist them. My personal ethos is simply that we are in the business of helping people (& their businesses) and we do this through technology. Now the important stuff that everyone wants to know, I have been blessed with a wonderful family, a cat and have an interest in Sci Fi, Space Exploration and Spirituality!
