I joined the newly created Contracts Management Team in Sourcing and Finance to build, develop, manage and standardize contracts processes and procedures, manage and monitor suppliers for contract compliance, and provide contract and business improvement opportunities to Category Managers, Procurement and the Legal Department.  I engaged and built relationships with key domestic and international stakeholders to communicate suggested opportunities, risks or constraints that impacted business drivers and costs.  I provided insight and analysis for strategic contracts to Executive Teams/Management, and managed non-strategic activities as necessary.  I monitored, managed, supervised, negotiated and supported post-contracting activities for complex, high-dollar value, global and domestic managed services agreements, and compliance to pricing and key commercial terms.  I also negotiated and finalized hard-to-close escalated contracts of all types: software licensing, employment, insurance, and others.

I realized significant savings, minimized legal and financial risk, and resolved and finalized escalated contracts by identifying significant areas of discrepancies and issues, negotiating for optimal terms, identifying drivers of optimal performance, developing and standardizing processes with a clear and consistent approach to contracting, and clear communication of these processes to relevant business partners and departments.

Key member of the Banking Operations and Financial Services (BOFS) Sourcing Team within Citigroup’s Enterprise Supply Chain organization.
