communication, and interpersonal) in context of their career aspirations
➔ Assist student modify their professional documents to better suit their
targeted roles, discuss the importance of customized CVs, Cover letters, etc
➔ Discuss job/internship hunt methodology, the type of companies they are
interested in, share the qualities you look for when you hire candidates
➔ Conduct mock interviews/training sessions with your Mentee to help them
get desired summer or job placements
➔ If you feel their mental health may require it, talk about how to manage time,
navigate uncertainty, maintain work-life balance, and beat stress effectively
➔ Cater to student’s holistic growth and development by focusing on imparting
leadership and life skills, covering 360 degree feedback approach

As a co-founder of a company that generated INR 10 CR+ in revenue in its first 12 months (Jan 2022 to Dec 2022) of operation, I have gained a wealth of experience and insight into the challenges and rewards of building a successful business from the ground up.

One of the biggest challenges we faced as co-founders was finding the right product-market fit. We spent countless hours researching our target audience and refining our product offering to ensure it met their needs and desires. Through trial and error, we were able to create a product that resonated with our customers and helped us gain traction in the market.

Another key to our success was building a strong team. We focused on hiring individuals who were not only skilled in their respective fields but also shared our passion for the company's mission. By creating a positive and collaborative work environment, we were able to foster creativity and innovation, which helped us stay ahead of the competition.

In addition to building a strong team, we also had to be strategic in our marketing efforts. We utilized a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, and targeted advertising, to reach our target audience and generate buzz about our product.

As our revenue grew, we had to be mindful of managing our finances effectively. We invested in key areas, such as product development and marketing, while also ensuring that we had enough cash flow to sustain our operations and support our team.

Overall, my experience as a co-founder of a successful startup has taught me the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and strategic thinking. While there were certainly challenges along the way, the rewards of seeing our company grow and thrive have made it all worth it.
