With over 12 years of HR experience, I am a passionate and skilled Human Resource Professional with experience across a wide range of roles in Talent Management, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Leadership Development, Employee Engagement and Communication and Recruitment. I also have an interest in HR technology and other people-focused emerging tech, having dabbled in Peakon by Workday and, more recently, Looker Studio. I have a post graduate diploma in management and a graduate degree in biotechnology. I have successfully implemented innovative and impactful initiatives, such as a talent review tool, a talent development centre, and a comprehensive E,D&I strategy. I have also partnered with business/ internal teams on ambitious talent acquisition or recruitment programs. My work has focused on both cost savings and passive revenue generation/ value addition. I have also designed and delivered learning programs, communication campaigns, recruitment strategies for hiring from underrepresented talent communities, and employee engagement interactions that foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and excellence. I am committed to helping people and organisations grow and thrive in the digital age. Outside of work, I am interested in culture, animal welfare and climate action.
