I'm passionate about trying to create some form of social improvement in my lifetime and I am aware this can come in many forms. 2. Am I adding something to the company? (I do not want to be a cog in a very large wheel) My greatest attributes are my ideas, my commitment and my willingness to collaborate with others. I believe the success of many companies moving forwards depends on their ability to reduce their number of siloed teams and increase their overall collaboration - this is an environment I know I will excel in. Can I combine any of my external passions - travel, communicating with people, sport (especially tennis) and continual learning? Why shouldn't my personal interests coincide with my job? I think that people who are passionate about the company they work for are far more likely to be successful than those who chase a pay quench. If I can tick these 3 boxes - then I'm on a good track to finding success and a healthy work/life balance!
