Community Outreach for Senior Workout.

A bespoke 1-hr workout program for Seniors (aged 55 and above) in various locations in Singapore to keep oneself healthy for their body, mind and soul. These weekly programs for about 7- 30 group from various seniors group helps them create a social community to live better through sports. The senior profile varies from Mendaka Generation to Retire Professional in Singapore, some who seek rehabilitation to a healthy lifestyle with a simple workout or just communication with other seniors.

The impact of the program has helped to create a bond for the seniors to open up and be active from their everyday life. As trainers, we are to encourage them to be active not only at their home when alone but to enjoy their golden years with others.  After each session, we cheer with the energetic seniors to "Love yourself, cause exercise is good!"
