Bappaditya's internship experiences further underscore his commitment to impact-oriented work. During his internship with Lal Sakhi- The Women's Voice, he actively contributed to the 'Mission End Period Poverty' campaign, showcasing his involvement in women-centric causes. His HR internship with Bhumi demonstrated his organizational and team management skills as he handled volunteer recruitment and database management. At Hamari Pahchan NGO, Bappaditya made significant contributions by designing posters, creating engaging social media content, writing blogs, and contributing to fundraising efforts. His internship with the Osmanabad Police in Maharashtra involved identifying vulnerable farmers, collecting case stories, and preparing analytical reports, which showcased his analytical and problem-solving abilities.
