Postgraduate in MSc Public Health (LJMU, 2015) with prior practical experience in researching community health issues in the St Helens and Knowsley areas of Merseyside UK. BA Hon in Social Policy, Health & Housing (LJMU, 2013). 16 years work experience in the UK Health and Social Care sector, mainly creating and implementing person-centred care support plans with a focus on the welfare needs, wants and interests of individuals in a Supported Living Context. 15 Years working experience in managing diverse challenging behaviour (vulnerable adults), working under high pressure environments to complete challenging caseloads. Highly focused and committed to meeting deadlines with a high standard of care to service users. Proven ability to maintain a positive approach to clients, families, visitors and the employer organization. Keen for challenging positions within the health and/or housing related sector in which to further enhance my research or management interests within a career space.
