As an Account Representative I am responsible for providing sales support at the direction of the Account Executive. I provide customer service by handling the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance needs.  I work with various personnel at their office to design proper insurance and risk management services for clients.

Duties I Perform:
➤ Develop complete client information and applications for new and renewal business under the direction of the Producer, Senior Account Executive, or Account Executive.
➤ Process change requests/endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audit, and account balance status when requested.
➤ Maintain files with proper records according to company procedures. 
➤ Maintain good internal file audits results. 
➤ Assist in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.  
➤ Recognize and satisfy carrier goals and objectives in order to enhance business relationships. 
➤ Ensure accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner. 
➤ Review all premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process in a timely manner.

Account Representative

Worked under the general direction of an Account Manager and followed established industry and company guidelines. Provided administrative and customer service support to the team, Producer and/or assigned group of accounts. Resolved customer service problems and looked out for the best interest of the client.

Duties Performed:
➤ Assisted in directing day-to-day activities and workflow assigned to Team Support, Account Assistant and/or Account Associate.
➤ Ensured all new and renewal insurance policies were processed accurately and within required 
timeframes by tracking policy expirations for existing clients and worked proactively to ensure appropriate actions were taken to facilitate renewals.
➤ I Processed the following tasks accurately and within required time frames: 
     ➢ Policy Endorsements and carrier Audits; identify errors and facilitate corrective actions
     ➢ Policy Cancellations, Reinstatements and Lost Policy Releases (LPR)
     ➢ Preparing Check requests, Invoices and Premium Finance Agreements
     ➢ Preparing Summaries of Insurance
     ➢ Ordering Loss Runs and MVR’s
     ➢ Issuing Auto ID Cards
     ➢ Issuing Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property 
     ➢ Issuing Binders of Insurance
     ➢ Preparing Check Requests, Invoicing and Premium Finance Agreements
     ➢ Identifying and reconciling of any inaccuracies in Account billings
     ➢ Preparing Agent of Record letters (AOR)

Sr. Account Associate

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of specific accounts at the direction of the Account Executive and/or Account Manager.

Job Responsibilities: 
➤ Issue auto ID cards
➤ Issue Certificates and Evidence of Property
➤ Issue Binders, (if required)
➤ Order MVRs
➤ Order Experience Mods
➤ Order Loss Runs
➤ Move renewal applications to EPIC marketing-including cleaning up of application and creating 
AMMK activity
➤ Process simple Change Requests (i.e. add driver, vehicle, mortgagee, etc.) – responsible for 
follow-up on suspense
➤ Process Endorsements, including invoicing and sending to client (unless AM advises otherwise)
Cancellations – LPR, processing actual cancellation, invoicing and sending to client (unless AM 
advises otherwise)
➤ Checking Policies and completing Policy Checklist (request for changes/corrections if AM does 
not have to review)
➤ Preparing policies to be delivered – putting in binders with tabs 
➤ Reconciling Fleet, Drivers and Certificate Holders schedules
➤ Prepare Agent of Record Letters
➤ Back up Account Manager 
➤ Attach ALL client documentation in EPIC
➤ Process Renewals of OCP, Builders’ Risk and Flood Policies Assist as needed with various 
projects

The Receptionist is responsible for front desk duties including prompt and courteous answering of phones and greeting customers, as well as other duties as needed in accordance with company objectives and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
➤ Answering multi-line phone system (including transfers)
➤ Greet and direct visitors
➤ Monitor faxes
➤ Maintain front desk area and lobby
➤ Process client service requests and submit to the appropriate Account Manager
➤ Process incoming-mail
➤ Process incoming deposits
➤ Assist account managers with various requests and processes
➤ Maintain electronic client files per agency standards
➤ Follow agency procedures and insurance company regulations
➤ Perform other specific duties or projects as assigned
➤ Organize, set, and maintain priorities
➤ Work with a minimal amount of supervision
➤ Strong clerical skills
➤ Excellent verbal skills and telephone etiquette
