• Accurately undertaking the production of correspondence and documentation (including any related matter e.g. mailslips, forms, couriers etc), utilising dictation software when used
• Drafting correspondence on behalf of fee earners
• Diary management for fee earners, agreeing ground rules for diary management with fee earners e.g. breaks between meetings, checking weekly, monthly and annual commitments in advance and responding to enquiries relating to availability
• Creating/amending large document work, using track changes etc
• Arranging travel and itineraries for fee earners, as required
• Organising meetings, including room booking, catering, IT support and communication with attendees, as required
• Assisting fee earners to ensure they are well prepared for meetings
• Inserting fee earners’ travel and holiday arrangements in relevant calendars and assisting fee earners to manage diaries, to avoid clashes and ensure sufficient time for work required
• Reviewing Partner inboxes and assisting with e-mail storage and file management;
• Liaising to forward plan fee earner’s duties
• Assisting in compiling presentations, utilising PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets as required
• Taking accurate minutes from meetings as required
• Proofreading documents
• Accurately updating contact information (including CMS/Marketing database) when required
• Managing email accounts as agreed with each fee earner
• Undertaking filing/scanning as required
• Arranging and, as necessary, assisting with photocopying/binding

• Preparing monthly invoices and other invoices at agreed intervals and otherwise on request.
