Reveye Systems works with private, non-profit, academic and public sector organizations around the world to help solve complex and uncertain problems, both in person and virtually, to bring practical results fitting neatly within the scope of the projects.

Project managed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal tool which links health care professionals and companies globally who provide access to healthcare technology products for the poor and underprivileged of the world.

Responsible for a variety of large scale projects involving agriculture, agri-food ventures and programs, food supply management, non-profit initiatives, academic business incubators/accelerators, strategic planning at academic centres and insurance institutions, and assisted with analysis of results of employee engagement surveys.

Senior Project Manager

California State University, East Bay

Supported projects improving the infrastructure of the university involving servers, telephones, video communications, facilities and buildings, registrar, web training, parking services and user authentication across multiple applications, and was responsible for leading teams working on the procurement, installation and testing of multiple IT applications and hardware.

John Muir Health

Full cycle start to finish Epic implementation experience, then program managed multiple concurrent Epic smaller full cycle implementations for newly acquired clinics and medical centers. Integrated project tasks with cross functional teams including legal, compliance, human resources, marketing, technical, architectural and construction. 

Responsibilities included planning, risk analysis and mitigation, change management, documentation, disaster recovery and status reporting.  Worked with other organizations as joint ventures for project inception and completion of interfaces.  Performed EpicCare budget evaluation and subsequent deployment of computer devices based on specific Epic order transmittal and result routing for clinical workflows involving over 6,000 devices.  Responsible for Epic implementation at all clinical research centers. Created and collaborated on workflows for clinics that provide free and accessible medical services to the underprivileged.  Prior to Epic implementation was a Cerner physician project support systems analyst and physician trainer, and implemented Cerner Physician Orders.

Epic Senior Information Systems Project Analyst

Performed complex high risk obstetric exams and procedures and created interdepartmental ultrasound protocols.  Was the primary stakeholder, subject matter expert and super user for all new technology and biomedical equipment based on budget evaluations and clinical needs.

I grew up in a chaotic Italian Irish family and needed to learn how to manage them, and I became quite good at it. So I created a company called Projects Pivot where we take the chaos out of managing projects.  

With 20+ years of practical project management experience, I have led projects across industries like medical software, clinical trials, and cybersecurity. With faculty-level experience teaching technical project management and stakeholder engagement, I am dedicated to helping companies pivot, prioritize, and complete projects with Chief Project Officer-level expertise, project professionals, practical training, and hands-on management—without the executive-level price tag.

I am a former healthcare provider in medical diagnostics for over 20 years, specializing as both a nuclear medicine technologist working with radioisotopes and as an ultrasonographer.
