* Management Drives Training and Consultancy - I'm an accredited Management Drives practitioner and would love to help you and your teams find their joy, passion and purpose at work. Management Drives profiling helps each person to understand themself and their colleagues, tears down barriers and facilitates open and judgement-free communication. MD helps build self-awareness and high-performing teams. I've completed ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring qualifications and combine these with the Management Drives technique to help you and your teams understand each other better and improve your performance. * Marketing Services and Support: with 30 years' experience in B2B Marketing, especially in the food and food ingredients field, I have a heap of qualifications to go with that experience, and the industry knowledge to solve a lot of problems for businesses who want high-level marketing support but don't want to hire a full-time marketing director. From helping your business to find its direction and build its strategy and future plans, to optimising an out-of-control product portfolio, or helping identify gaps in your current product or service range, I'm open to a call to discuss what you're looking for, all at a per diem or per project rate or even on a few days per month retainer.
