High-Shot is all about helping other businesses improve how they operate. We work with them to find ways to streamline their processes, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and generally make things run smoother. We use all sorts of tools and techniques to analyze their operations and identify areas for improvement, and then we work with their teams to implement changes and help them optimize their performance.

Owner

Intentwise

- Interact with my professional network to build a pipeline along with Intentwise’s internal leads
through content and self-sign up.
- Connect with qualified leads and deploy a proven sales process that communicates value through
unique benefits of the Intentwise platform. .
- Work closely with sales team and management to strategize and generate opportunities that fit
Intentwise customer avatar.
- Created a Sales Demo Structure that outlines our sales process and is used by the entire sales
team.
- Built several reports in HubSpot to track individual performance but team performance as well,
overlaid with company KPI’s and goals.

Account Executive

Emergant

- First contact with inbound and outbound leads to assess business, build proposals and present information to the C-level suite for acquisition. 
- Created social media channels and content to establish brand name and awareness in community
- Networked with influencers and service providers in community to build a network of deal flow through affiliate networks and partnerships. 
- Build marketing and sales roadmaps to plan initiatives and scope of work to increase inbound leads and deal flow. Monitor budgets and other variables to deliver on time and on budget.

Head of Growth 

Helium 10

- Led a developer team of 7 to oversee roadmap strategy and successfully manage software tools in our suite. Exceeding product roadmap deadlines and ultimately reducing code debt by 15% in our department. 
- Communicate with customers through private calls, customer support feedback and outreach programs to gather feedback, digest that information into actionable strategies for product development and deliver to leadership.
- Created content and publicly spoke for the company in the form of blogs, interviews, podcasts, webinars etc. 
- Worked on various projects around trends in Amazon and Ecommerce for content and to improve our suite of tools through from beginning to end. 
- Partner with product design, other product management departments  and engineering to research, design, and deliver data driven features to help customers scale their businesses on Amazon. 
- Organized and documented case studies on business competition to understand their role in the space. Used that to data to start building new tools and features to continue to be a software leader in the Amazon space.

Product Manager

SixLeaf

- Hired, trained and led a team of 5 in customer success. Created SOPs, assigned tasks and automated initial customer inquiries, resolving over 80% of customer success tickets in one interaction using data driven analytics. 
-  Built and implemented tracking processes for the entire customer experience to reduce churn YOY by over 20%
- 1st lead with customers before and after their campaigns with product and keyword analysis research to ensure success after launch campaigns. 
 - Helped lead our dev team with other executives through a major UX/UI overhaul in  2018.
- Worked with other executives to create new tools/services and managed our developer team to deliver those to market.
- Wrote SEO for and optimized hundreds of Amazon listings.

Head of Customer Success

Thrice LLC

- Designed and manufactured a men's grooming line of products that were sold on Amazon and through the company Shopify site. 
- Used knowledge and seller experience on Amazon to launch and compete in the Amazon handmade category for 4 years. 
- Created, wrote and scaled all advertising campaigns to an average ACOS of 40% in a very competitive category and limited budgets. 
- Sold products through the Amazon vendor express program before Amazon shut that program down. 
- Created relationships with local and regional vendors to deliver products to over 10+ storefronts locally

Company Owner

CNC Catastrophe and National Claims

- Traveled to various locations throughout the United States that were affected by natural catastrophes. (flood, hurricane, hail, tornadoes)
- Assessed personal and commercial vehicle damages brought on by catastrophe. 
- Worked with insured policyholders to set up vehicle inspection appointments on site and answer questions about claims, shop availability, rentals, policy etc. 
- Acted as a liaison for policyholders to insurance agents, claims departments and underwriters. 
- Worked non-catastrophe claims in office and communicated with total loss, repair shops, rental companies, law offices and subrogation reps.  Gathered evidence from all parties involved, determined fault, and closed claims at end of life.
