From Wall Street IPO's to Boutique Hospitality, I engage with incredible people from all over the world. As an Accenture executive, I worked across 3 continents. I quickly learned that “the American Way” is not the only way. In consulting, I partner with Fortune 500 leaders to complete global IT transformations and billion-dollar acquisitions. Lots of airplanes, long hours and a load of “healthy-stress” are exchanged for changing the way the world works and lives. Consulting opened doors to entrepreneurism and academia, enabling me to blend strategy with creativity. As a university lecturer, I mentor the next generation of leaders. I teach them how to cut through noise and execute. As an entrepreneur, I am a strong supporter of the shared society and an early adopter of Airbnb. As the shared society has grown, so have my boutique hotels that provide a “once in a world” experience. I am proud to have identified industries in which the wind is beneath their sails. My voyage continues to teach me one fundamental truth: Common sense isn't so common. What drives me?
