I am the Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Interior Design course at the University of Derby. My role requires me to oversee the successful running of the programme.
I lead on the Design module at L6 and are involved in Construction L6 and Design at L4 at present. 

Other module leadership experience include: Visual Communication; Software training for SketchUp, Vray, AutoCAD, and Vectorworks; Work placement and related modules; Design Theory and History, Sketching and draughting

I am also Academic Lead for our Austrian Partnerships

Programme Leader for Interior Design

S.H.E.D. (Social Higher Education Depot)

S.H.E.D. (Social Higher Education Depot), is a CIC and spin-out company of the University of Derby. It is an adaptable mobile space, designed to facilitate dialogue, and to give voice to, and support communities. It is driven by cultural and socio-civic research and centred around the delivery of interactive and collaborative exhibitions and workshops to encourage dialogue and community engagement around social issues. My involvement here is multi-faceted, mostly shifting between designer and builder, and to support the delivery of SHED workshops for various events.

World Expo 2015 - Design Clusters

I formed part of the design team that worked with designers from Israel and Italy to design the Fruit & Legumes Cluster Pavilion for the World Expo in 2015. We worked together at the Polytechnico di Milano.

Specialised in above and below the line installations, corporate event & set-stage design, and exhibition stand design / Liaise with venues to design seating arrangements around stage location / Consult with technicians and builders regarding manufacturing of stands / Deliver visuals and designs for bespoke graphics and wrapping of stands / Design of product glorifying stands & lecterns / Other responsibilities include development of design and working drawings / Visual presentation packages / Site visits and meetings. Clients include, Ogilvy, King James Advertising, Madame Zingara, Adidas, Puma, EOH, Liberty, Hennessy, J&B.
