After 11 years of marketing and sales experience in the banking sector, as the project & product director of the AI-based flexible youth career platform "Anytime", a HR Tech startup, since the beginning of 2022, I have been leading the development team of the product and taking on the responsibilities of managing all processes in the commercialization journey. During in the banking ecosystem, I had the chance to both produce financial solutions for the needs of customers and witness their sector journeys in Corporate and SME portfolios, which include hundreds of companies from many sectors. This process contributed to the expansion of my industry experience and the creation of many networks. Now, I combine this experience in marketing & sales with my team management experience and continue by leading a strtup that offers solutions to the Human Resources ecosystem. Project Management, Product Ownership roles and Agile Methods principles stand out as important competencies that I have specialized on and added to my experience in this process.
