•	Led 200+ vendor transition project for global Concur offices during Concur/SAP merger resulting in a single streamlined source for future purchase orders and budget data analysis.

I led our teams by managing office budgets, auditing employee work spaces, supervising shipping/receiving, retirement of computer/electronic company assets, training new staff, facility site inspections, chemical removals, site emergency disaster planning, and state/national safety regulation compliance for office operations. I managed monthly purchase order reports for three offices. I established and maintained vendor relations with HVAC maintenance, janitorial services, site repairs/projects, and building landlord. The Bellevue and Seattle offices serve 820 employees (in/out of office).

Achievements:
• Supervised the creation and processing of purchase orders $500 - $50,000.
• Facilitated 23 retirements of 2,719 electronics assets with highly sensitive data including laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, and parts, preventing data leaks outside of company. 
• Saved 12% in vendor beverage consumption expenses by managing weekly purchases for Q2 in 2013.
• Instituted seating allocation audits for three separate offices that organized 644 employees into permanent seating assignments.
• Tutored facilities colleagues in using Oracle software products such as iProcurement, Datamart, CRM On Demand, and OSC Cloud service request ticket system simplifying the technological terms into user friendly guides.
