•	I managed the operations portion of the plant. 
•	I had the responsibility of all aspects of production. 
•	I served as the back-up to the Plant Manager. 
•	I also managed the other Managers and Supervisors and all three shifts of production and shipping.
•	I was accountable for the production budget, goals, people development, performance reviews, etc.
•	I was responsible for achieving our Plan to Win Initiatives and EBITA goals
•	I managed a production line move from one plant to another. 
•	I also took over the production scheduling and forecasting. 
•	I have completed a six month AIB online course in Fundamentals of Baking Science with a 97.6 GPA; I completed a weekly course at Kansas State University on Hamburger Bun Science in Manufacturing
•	I also qualified as a BRC Auditor and routinely conduct internal food safety audits within the company. 
•	All of the goals for the areas that I was responsible for were met for the 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 calendar years.
•	I oversaw purchasing for the plant
•	Trained in STOP and served as the Safety Manager for several months
•	Involved in bringing in IQuity software

•	I managed the daily operation in the Aunt Jemima Department.
•	I had the responsibility of all aspects of production in process and packaging.  
•	I was also accountable for approximately eighty five employees and coordinated all aspects of their growth and development as Supervisor; as Manager I did the same for all 3 shifts
•	I was routinely involved in improvement initiatives and capital projects. 
•	I was the primary back up for my Department Manager. I later managed the department when my Department Manager was moved into another area.
•	Developed JSA’s, SOP’s, Procedure Checklists, Policy changes
•	I was involved in Kaizen events at our and other facilities
•	Continual improvements initiatives

•	Involved in the implementation of BPEC and ELKE systems and MFG-PRO and MP2

•	I started out as and entry level associate unloading bulk ingredients from railcars and trucks in the Duncan Hines cookie department
•	I learned how to drive all types of forklifts and lift devices
•	I was promoted five times and spent the last eight years as a Shift Coordinator/Supervisor in Pringles. 
•	I wrote JSA’s, One point Lessons, developed operational procedures
•	I managed and coached approximately seventy employees in the Process Department of the Pringles Module.  
•	I managed several Capital Projects, Performance Reviews, served on several committees, served as a qualifier and calibrator for our skill based pay system, and all other aspects of running a shift in a Teamwork atmosphere.  
•	I also served as an interviewer for hiring and participated in the 2001 Wage Comparison.
•	I was actively involved in our training program, autonomous maintenance and preventative maintenance systems
•	Failure analysis training
•	I managed a multi-million dollar project that paid for itself in less than 2 years and is still in place today
•	I was one of 5 time administrators when the SAP system was brought into the Jackson facility
•	Proficient in Setcon, Oracle, TDC 3000, SAP systems
•	Introduced to 5s and Deming philosophies
•	Process Safety Representative
•	First Responder trained and fire brigade trained
