As the co-founder of The Liberators and Columinity, I liberate teams and organizations from outdated modes of working. I create space for everyone to be involved in shaping the future and positively impact their organization. I highly enjoy workshop facilitation. As a facilitator, I help teams and groups think creatively and find local solutions to persistent challenges. They make everyone feel heard, seen and respected and help me get the most out of group interactions. I write blog posts, host meetups, and speak at conferences to share my lessons learned.
