- 9 years of people leadership experience across a range of software companies. - I'm currently a Software Engineering Manager on the Analytics and Data Science teams for Poppulo, a leader in Internal Communications Software - My Data Science team is responsible for all GenAI and Machine Learning related technologies within Poppulo engineering, leveraging the years of rich internal communications metrics we've been processing for years. - My Analytics team is responsible for ingesting and processing millions of communication related events and displaying them back to the Internal Communicator (usually HR) in a simplistic and informative way with the aim of enabling the customer to optimise their communications for greatest reach & engagement. - I believe in using cutting edge, innovative technologies to deliver high quality (through extensive testing) and highly effective products that give 100% protection to our customers. - Within my team we use some of the latest, cutting edge AWS technologies and services such as Bedrock, various LLMs like Haiku, Claude Sonnet & GPT4.0 (outside AWS), Kinesis, Firehose, Lambdas, S3, Glue Workflow, Redshift as well modern BI tools like Looker (Google). - I enable our team to work in a fast paced, agile environment with a focus on innovation and fun!
