This role is multi-faceted and comprises of the following:
• Customer Digital Solutions Lead:
The role requires the enablement of digital solutions for our client base (best fit for customer and partner) by understanding the problems to be solved across the ecosystem and developing the right solutions to:
- Improve the key metrics for customer, partner and Hollard;
- Improve the cost per claim;
- Reduce waste and failure within the system, etc.

• Business Analyst:
- Define the business requirements for key projects;
- Engage business to gather, document and analyse business needs and requirements;
- Design the To-Be processes/system requirements for projects.

• Process Engineer:
- Secure the process tool for the Partner Solutions environment;
- Define the mapping guidelines, rules and processes to be leveraged across Partner Solutions;
- Create and manage the Process repository for the Partner Solutions entity across all areas.

Key initiatives within this role:
• Redefine the Cell Phone Journey.
• Enable the to-be design and requirements for the Core System migration project.
• Enabling the Partner Solutions process repository.

Client Solutions, Business Analyst, Process Engineer

To enable teams to understand, analyse and solve problems using Systems Thinking Ways of Working (WoW), customer based design and Agile methodology to improve customer experience, reduce costs and deliver business cmvale faster through expert, timely intervention and capability development.

Agile Product Owner and Customer Journey/New Ways of Working Lead

To lead a workstream in solving customer problem's and delivering value to customer's. Leading the development and deployment of a new enterprise claims and vendor management platform within the insurance environment, thereby improving the overall customer experience.

New ways of Working/Customer Journey Lead

•	Transition: Provide guidance on how their area of capability can resolve an organizational need, and actively participates in all phases of the Transition Management cycle in line with Project Management principles.
•	Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The nature of the position involved actively participating in multiple work-groups at one time, and disseminating information across all levels of the organization.
•	Implementation and Improvement: To mature and build the capabilities within Operations Shared Services (OSS) by driving continuous improvements and green belt projects.
•	Programmes managed: SBIS Operations Optimisation Programme SBIS Operations has been recently transitioned into the Shared Services environment.

Programme Lead (Operations Shared Services)

•	To conduct process optimisation within the Support Services including Six sigma process optimisation deployment, using lean six sigma and other relevant process methodologies
•	To proactively identify, guide and direct the process of addressing operational challenges through clear articulation of problems and opportunities, designing practical solutions and implementing solutions in a disciplined and structured manner
To co-ordinate process deliverables in terms of investigating, analysing, documenting requirements and maintenance of deliverables through the application of analysis to add value to initiatives that are aligned to the attainment of business objectives.

Business Process Engineer (Six Sigma Green Belt)
