Serving as a bridge between our clients and the portfolio management organization, I focus on integrating responsible investment principles that drive long-term value and sustainability.

•	Co-Lead on Climate: Responsible for developing Paris-aligned investment strategies, reducing portfolio carbon footprints, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Lead Accountmanagement & Client Servicing: responsible for overseeing the 
relationship with the institutional clients that are managed by Cardano 
ESG-servicesteam  
• Advising clients on a range of topics such as their RI-Policy, Climate Action Plans, 
TCFD-analysis, SFDR and EU-Taxonomy
 • Product- and business development: enhancing the Cardano products- and 
services with the objective to grow the business

• Led the 13 people MN Stewardship team, which was engaging actively with over 
150 focus companies.
 • Developed multiple Climate and Biodiversity Stewardship programs
 • Performed many C-level engagements, applied all stewardship instruments such 
as writing a letter to the board, voting against directors, writing a public letter, 
doing an investor statement, filing a climate resolution, divesting after a failed 
engagement
 • Advised clients on carbon reduction targets and the action plan following from 
the Dutch Climate Agreement for Financials

As a graduate intern, I conducted extensive research on environmental impact measurement within private equity investments. I successfully executed a comprehensive case study, assessing the environmental impact of a €100 million private equity investment made by MN.
