In my role as a Senior Advisor Responsible Investment within the MN Responsible Investment Team, I am responsible for advising our clients on responsible investment policy and executing this policy. My role encompasses a dual responsibility as the Product Owner of the Stewardship team and as an Engagement Specialist for Climate and Biodiversity programs. Additionally, my involvement in past ESG-integration projects has provided me with a comprehensive comprehension of the different dimensions of responsible investment.

In my role as a Product Owner, I hold the ultimate responsibility for all stewardship-related work completed by the team and the value generated for our clients. I provide leadership to an eleven-member multidisciplinary team, including investment specialists, data analysts, and ESG experts, ensuring effective client request management and upholding high-quality standards. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term direction of our stewardship efforts and contribute significantly to the development of renewed engagement programs, with a specific focus on Human Rights, Climate, and Biodiversity for the 2023 – 2030 period.

As an Engagement Specialist, I'm dedicated to our Climate and Biodiversity programs, collaborating with leading organizations like IIGCC & Climate Action 100+, Shareaction, and the Dutch Climate Coalition. My extensive engagement experience spans oil and gas, utilities, steel, and chemicals sectors, with a focus on large corporations such as Shell, Total, Engie, RWE, Bluescope, China Steel Corporation, BASF, and Linde. I bring expertise in proxy seasons, escalation strategies, and impactful advocacy, resulting in divestment decisions from over 30 companies. Over the years, I have played a significant role in the development of scorecards that facilitate the establishment of transparent engagement objectives, progress monitoring, and clear client reporting.
