The European Institute for Sales, is a well-known postgraduate institute for sales executive education. The courses are based on state-of-the-art knowledge and preparations with a solid scientific basis.

An external scientific council with 8 highly qualified professors from different universities in Europe is responsible for the level of knowledge and the continuous development of the curriculum. Together with the technical knowledge from the field, they translate the latest scientific knowledge and exercises into account management and sales (management) practice.

The European Institute for Sales stems from the Institute for Sales and Account Management (ISAM) of Erasmus University Rotterdam. The team has successfully trained more than 6,500 trained leaders and sales professionals since 1996 and is an authority on next-level sales executive education.

The Strategic Account Management education is aimed at experienced sales professionals who want to develop their knowledge and advanced and who are also looking for the latest (evidence-based) models and methodologies. Account Manager Educations

Als Opleidingscoördinator bij het Institute for Sales and Marketing (ISAM) heb ik de verantwoordelijkheid over het operationele succes van de postacademische opleidingen Strategisch Account Management en Sales Leadership. In deze veelzijdige rol draag ik zorg voor verschillende aspecten die cruciaal zijn voor het soepel verlopen van onze programma's.

Als locatieverantwoordelijke zorg ik ervoor dat de opleidingen op de juiste locaties worden georganiseerd en dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld. Ik werk nauw samen met partners en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat alle faciliteiten en logistieke aspecten voldoen aan de hoogste normen en de behoeften van onze deelnemers.

Als aanspreekpunt voor docenten sta ik in nauw contact met onze deskundige docenten die hun waardevolle kennis en ervaring delen met de deelnemers. Ik zorg voor een vlotte communicatie, regel alle praktische zaken en ondersteun hen bij eventuele vragen of behoeften die ze hebben tijdens het programma.

Een ander belangrijk aspect van mijn rol is de planning van de opleidingen. Ik werk samen met het team om een gedetailleerd en effectief opleidingsprogramma te ontwikkelen en te implementeren. Hierbij houd ik rekening met de beschikbaarheid van docenten, de wensen van de deelnemers en eventuele andere logistieke overwegingen. Door zorgvuldige planning en organisatie zorg ik ervoor dat alle betrokkenen een optimale leerervaring hebben.

Als Opleidingscoördinator is het mijn missie om een gestroomlijnde en succesvolle leeromgeving te creëren voor onze deelnemers. Ik ben gedreven om ervoor te zorgen dat elk aspect van de opleidingen perfect georganiseerd is, zodat de deelnemers zich volledig kunnen richten op hun groei en ontwikkeling.
