I am a business-focused, HR Operations leader with over 21 years of progressive, hands-on and strategic experience in all facets of HR in the US, India, and Oman. I have a unique combination of HR functional and HR technical expertise with strong project management, M&A, and a deep understanding of federal and state laws. I am the principal of Hila Solutions, LLC, an HR Tech Advisory firm that offers end-to-end solutions to small and mid-size companies with HR system selection, implementation, integration, data curation, project management, change management, and HR process improvement. As an HR Tech Practitioner, I am passionate about building people analytics from the ground up, leveraging current and emerging technologies, and delivering high-impact solutions during times of growth, change, and ambiguity. I have successfully designed and led the pre-implementation and implementation of various HRIS, payroll, ATS, and LMS systems for various clients, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, UKG Pro, Paycom, Paylocity, iCIMS, ADP WFN, NOVAtime, Ceridian, NuView, Humanic, and Jobvite. I have also contributed to HR technology related topics to various publications, including Forbes, Baltimore Sun, Bloomberg BNA, SHRM's HR Magazine, IT World, Kansas Star, and Wisconsin Public Radio.
